The PZU vacuum generator series features a compact size with a simple in-line (pipe-type) design and quick-connect fittings. With a wide configuration range, it can be installed directly onto the hose near the vacuum suction cup (i.e., the vacuum point) without requiring any fixing, enabling quick installation, lower installation costs, and easy maintenance. The PZU vacuum generator series offers rapid vacuum response, high vacuum levels, large vacuum flow, and stable performance. Manufactured through advanced plastic injection molding, it can operate in environments ranging from -20°C to 80°C (non-freezing), including atmospheres containing hazardous gases and highly corrosive acidic media.
Filters dust and other contaminants drawn in through the air inlet. Reduces risks of vacuum pump shutdown or operational interruption. Replaceable filter element. Special filter elements are available to increase the filtration area.
