The suction cup "floats" on a vacuum air cushion, enabling non-contact handling of workpieces. Low vacuum, high flow rate, with excellent air leakage compensation performance. No air is drawn in from the workpiece, allowing safe separation of thin and air-permeable workpieces. The bottom buffer pad is available in a variety of materials to meet different requirements such as mark-free, food-grade, and wear-resistant applications. Built-in vacuum generation device based on the Bernoulli principle eliminates the need for an external vacuum generator — only a compressed air connection is required.

It is convenient to install, simple to use and easy to maintain. 2. The MINI vacuum generator is a multi-stage vacuum generator. An optional check valve function is available for greater energy efficiency. It delivers rapid vacuum response, high ultimate vacuum and large vacuum flow, with stable performance. 3. The MINI vacuum generator is formed by injection molding from high-grade plastic and is capable of operating without freezing in hazardous gases and highly corrosive acidic environments within a temperature range of 0°C to 80°C. 4. The sealing components of the MINI vacuum generator can be selected in fluororubber (FKM) or EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber), which perform well in corrosive and acidic environments.
It can be operated with a single compressed air control valve. Each vacuum circuit is an independent multi-stage vacuum generator and does not affect the operation of the other circuits.
